Deposits
Deposits that are rejected or cannot be verified are not credited to your wallet. Where funds were received, they are returned to the originating account after verification, less any non-recoverable third-party charges.
Investments
Investments can only be cancelled where the plan explicitly permits early withdrawal, subject to any lock-in period and early-exit fee shown before you invested. Administrative cancellations return the outstanding principal to your wallet.
Fees
Processing fees disclosed before a transaction are generally non-refundable unless the transaction failed due to our error.
