Why do I need to complete KYC?

How long do deposits take?
Gateway payments are credited automatically once the payment provider confirms them. Manual deposits are credited after our team verifies the payment reference.

How do withdrawals work?
When you request a withdrawal the amount is reserved from your available balance and reviewed by our team. If rejected, the reserved amount returns to your balance.
